The art of round baling took a massive leap forward with the unveiling of FastBale – a revolutionary non-stop round baler wrapper combination that cleverly integrates a pre-chamber with a main chamber and a wrapper. Machine layout is truly innovative with two chambers arranged in series, allowing a number of rollers to be shared. Operating as a pre-chamber, the first section of FastBale produces two-thirds of the bale. As the pre-chamber reaches its preset density, crop flow is diverted into the main bale chamber allowing baling to continue. -

The C300 requires only 65hp and features a rear self loading door so no other machine is required during the feeding or bedding operation. The unique butterfly cutting knives dismantle the bale with ease and the specially designed flywheel can spread the straw to a distance of 18m. The C300 is designed to feed silage bales and the 2 piece spout allows access to the most difficult troughs and feeding areas. This small compact machine allows the operator allround vision. -
The trailing Shoe delivers a controlled volume of slurry straight to the root of the grass without waste or environmental contamination. The injection moulded rubber distribution boot is flexible and long lasting. The trailing shoe and Dribble Bar systems use Ag Quip macerators to distribute the slurry manure. Expander point creates a channel ahead of distribution boot which keeps grass clean. Sprung steel supports maintains correct pressure on expander points for correct groove depth. This has been achieved by pairing a larger capacity gearbox with a unique streamline pipe system, designed to reduce power loss at all stages, therefore increasing overall performance. With a top fill option, an incremental diverter valve enables precise management of the slurry flow, allowing the user to agitate and top fill simultaneously if required. No disconnection of the PTO required when lowering the pump into the tank. -

To improve mixing performance the off- set nozzle allows the slurry to be mixed in almost all directions. For varying tank depths, the pump can be adjusted by up to 300mm. The three point linkage “quick attach” allows easy implement connection. No disconnection of the PTO required when lowering the pump into the tank. -
The Megaflow pump was designed for large farms and contractors. The Megaflow offers dramatic improvements in the mixing process. Trials have shown that the Megaflow can halve the time taken to mix a tank. With ever increasing labour and fuel costs this pump will save both time and money. The Megaflow, which requires 150Hp to drive the 1000 rpm PTO speed will move massive volumes of slurry quickly. Its ability to drive and push slurry through its powerful jetting system and 300 degree nozzle rotation means tanks are mixed with no or minimal movement of the pump. No disconnection of the PTO required when lowering the pump into the tank. -
