15 m Working Width The Kverneland 97150 C is designed for high output and heavy use. Four rotors, maintenance-free ProLine gearbox, 15m working width and heavy-duty mainframe design underline its’ potential as a rake for the most demanding customer segment. The special elbow design of the front rotor arms is a unique feature of the Kverneland 97150 C. Raking width can be matched to differing crop characteristics, to obtain an evenly shaped and equally wide swath across the full width. This unique Kverneland design allows for an impressive working range between 9.80 and 15.00m, in fact, unmatched flexibility that only Kverneland offers.

Kverneland 6500F

E-Drill

Kverneland e-drill compact and e-drill maxi. These two models allow seedbed preparation, re-compaction and sowing in one pass. The e-drill compact is offered with a hopper capacity of up to 1400 litres, the e-drill maxi up to 2000 litres. Operator-friendly - innovative and precise depth control A parallelogram and a quadruple joint of the e-drill ensure the optimum adjustment of the power harrow and coulterbar for a precise seed application. Important: the adjustment of the power harrow has no impact on the coulterbar respectively the sowing depth.

Foldable Power Harrow NG-S 101 F35

The Kverneland Foldable Power Harrow NG-S 101 F35 is the result of effective co-operation between cultivation and seeding experts to construct a “state of the art” strong and effective implement designed for tractors up to 400 hp. This power harrow is available in working widths of 4.5 to 6.0m. The foldable power harrow has the same heavy-duty self-supporting trough design as used on the mounted models and is equipped with the same robust conical bearings and hardened gears. In order to give the NG-S 101 F35 the strongest design and to enable it to withstand the toughest of conditions the upper half of the trough as well as the trough base is made from 10 mm steel plate. The welded conical bearing housings give highest strength to the overall trough.

Kverneland M series

The Kverneland M series is a medium-sized power harrow for tractors up to 140HP. It is the lightest model within the Kverneland range of power harrows. Still, the M series offers strength and durability due to the heavy-duty headstock and the self-supporting trough. The optional ‘Quick-Fit’ tine holders and double conical bearings ensure optimum performance. The trough of the M series consists of one bended part which is bolted on top. The design comes along without any welding parts for increased stability. The M series can, therefore, be combined with a seed drill as e.g. the e-drill compact.

Kverneland Qualidisc Farmer

The Kverneland compact disc harrow, Qualidisc Farmer in working width of 2.0 to 6.0m Shallow and deeper cultivation, stubble cultivation, seedbed preparation or cover crop seeding. All these different tasks require excellent penetration, cutting and consolidation quality. The Qualidisc Farmer is the right choice to carry out these operations at high forward speeds of 18 to 20km/h. The Qualidisc Farmer is the lighter version of the Qualidisc Pro for more shallow use, up to 10cm deep. Consequently, the machine is 15% lighter on mounted version and 7% on trailed version, easier to lift, ideal for reducing soil compaction and energy saving as it is lighter to pull. There are 3 different models of the Qualidisc Farmer: Rigid models from 2.00m to 4.00m - up to 200hp Fold models from 4.00 to 6.00m - up to 300hp Trailed models from 4.00 to 6.00m - up to 300hp

Miniair Nova

The Miniair Nova is available with rigid frame or as a parallel hydraulic folding model, with working width of 2.5 to 6.5m.The machine can be adjusted to a height of up to 34cm for field, bed or ridged cropping systems via the holes on an adjustment bar on the suspension. The standard gearbox allows seed spacing of 0.9 – 43.4cm. The chain wheels can be changed without the need for tools.

The Kverneland compact disc harrow, Qualidisc Pro in working width of 2.0 to 7.0m Stubble cultivation, seedbed preparation, cover crop seeding, shallow and deeper cultivation, all alike, require excellent penetration, cutting and consolidation quality. The Qualidisc Pro is ready for all these different tasks with powerful and efficient performance. The machine can operate at high forward speeds of 18 to 20km/h maintaining a full cut over the entire working width at a consistent working depth (up to 15cm) in all types of conditions

Kverneland DTX

As a result of growing farms and shorter weather periods, time has become a valuable factor. Therefore, the DTX combines different operations in one pass to save time. Designed as a mounted one-pass stubble incorporator/soil loosener for tractors in the 200-360hp range, the DTX is extremely versatile. It can be used for first entry with non-inversion tillage or to knock down ploughing whilst loosening down to 40cm. It is also ideally suited to establish oilseed rape straight into stubble as it leaves a very levelled, fine and consolidated seedbed. The DTX also offers very good trash clearance. The front tines are staggered and the rear discs allow a full cut and mix from 2 to 10cm deep. The Kverneland DTX combines the tines (Pro-Lift or LD) with the proven disc section of the short disc harrow Qualidisc Farmer (Ø 520mm). Soil can be loosened with the Pro-Lift or LD tines down to 40cm while the top soil layer up to 10cm is incorporated with the disc sections. Tines and disc segment as well as the roller DD600 are connected in a high quality frame box which allows the operation even in heavy conditions. The DTX is equipped with side deflectors which are well-known from the Qualidisc range. This ensure perfect levelling in all types of conditions

Kverneland iXter A

The Power of Simplicity! The iXter A will be added to the Kverneland mounted field sprayer range. The iXter A is available with 800, 1000 and 1200 litre tank capacity in combination with two different boom types: the HOSA aluminium spray boom (12-15m) and the HC boom (18-20-21m). Pumps are available with capacities of 100, 150 and 200 l/min. The iXter A is an easy to operate sprayer with the control panel, chemical inductor, hand wash tank and clean cloth locker all on the same side of the sprayer.
